Maintaining mental health has been quite a challenge, my consultations with my psychologist are now over the phone, and it has been summarized in one: “good morning, how are you?” "yes I'm fine!". I would like to say more, despite that I have survived so far, maybe next week I will have the courage to talk about the weather and maybe one day I will say something more.

 I made a terrible habit of drinking coffee every day. Well, I'm working on it, trying to reduce the dose a little every day, soon I get a cup, I can stop but I don't plan to stop completely, coffee is my fuel.
